heaton Construction and Development Services is a general commercial construction company. We specialize in new construction, from pre-construction services through building completion. We also do facility remodeling and repairs. We got our start in restaurant construction but have since expanded into the retail, hospitality and financial institution industries.

Founded in 1999 in Michigan, our company has grown into a regional contractor with projects in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky,
